Hall Rental

Planning a special event? The facilities at the Cordelia Fire Hall
are ideal for weddings, birthdays, reunions, and much more.
The amenities include a commercial restaurant style kitchen
and bar area; a raised platform for entertainment; folding table
and chairs.

For availability call the station at (707) 864-0468. Print and
complete the appropriate Rental Contract and the Hall Clean Up
Procedures. Your event date is not secured until rental
contract and deposit (money order or cashiers check only) is
received.

The following two forms are required to rent the hall:

 

 

Office Hours:
Mon. thru Fri. 10am to 5pm

Location:
2155 Cordelia Rd. behind business office

Capacity:
Max. Sitting – 270 persons
Max. Occupancy – 270 persons
Parking – 30 vehicles behind hall
Overflow Parking – 40 vehicles across from station

Facility:
Area -3260 square feet 40’x 80’
Tables – 30 folding 96″ rectangular
Chairs – 250 folding metal
Kitchen – Stove, dishwasher, steam table, refrigerator

Insurance:
Certificate of insurance is required in the amount of $1,000,000 naming the
Cordelia Fire District additionally insured, due 30 days before rental.

Licenses/Permits:
It is the renter’s responsibility to obtain any licenses or permits required
pertaining to the intended use of the hall. A liquor license is required to sell
alcohol.

Security:
A security guard may be required at the discretion of the fire district. Two
security officers may be required for quincinera events.

Decorations:
No open flame devices, candles, lighters etc. No Wall, Ceiling or Door
Decorations Allowed.

To Hold Date:
The security deposit must be paid as well as a contract completed to
secure the requested rental date.

MAY BE REQUIRED TO FURNISH OWN DUMPSTER
