Occupancy - 570 persons Parking - 30 vehicles behind hall Overflow Parking - 40 vehicles across from station Facility: Area -3260 square feet 40’x 80’ Tables - 30 folding 96" rectangular Chairs - 250 folding metal Kitchen - Stove, dishwasher, steam table, refrigerator Insurance: Certificate of insurance is required in the amount of $250,000 naming the Cordelia Fire District additionally insured, due 30 days before rental. Licenses/Permits: It is the renter’s responsibility to obtain any licenses or permits required pertaining to the intended use of the hall. A liquor license is required to sell alcohol. Security: A security guard may be required at the discretion of the fire district. Two security officers may be required for quincinera events. Decorations: No open flame devices, candles, lighters etc. No Wall, Ceiling or Door Decorations Allowed. To Hold Date: The security deposit must be paid as well as a contract completed to secure the requested rental date. MAY BE REQUIRED TO FURNISH OWN DUMPSTER |
