| Bill Fell has been on the board since 2003. A graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, he is a semi retired automobile dealer. He also serves on the North Bay Hospital Foundation Board as well as the Fairfield Suisun Chamber of Commerce Board. He has been a resident of the Cordelia Fire District since 1982. |
| Carl Hakenen was elected to the Board in 1997. He has served as President of the Board since 1999. He and his wife, Sarajane, have lived in the district over 17 years. Carl earned a B. S. degree from Michigan State University and a JD degree from McGeorge School of Law. He spent six years in the Air Force and 31 years with United Airlines as a pilot/manager and retired in 1999. |
| Jeff Dittmer was elected to the Board in 1999. He was previously an active volunteer firefighter with the district for over thirty years, retiring as an Assistant Chief. He also spent twenty years as a career firefighter in a neighboring county. Jeff, a lifelong resident of the district, is a cattle rancher, a business his family has been in locally for several generations. He is a graduate of the University of California, Davis with a B.S. in Agricultural Economics. Jeff also serves on:

Jim Frische was elected to the Board of
Directors of the Cordelia Fire Protection
District in December 2003. Jim and his
family have had an identity in Solano
County and Green Valley for over fifty
years. Jim is the Business Development
Executive for the Sacramento and Stockton
practices of Moss-Adams LLP.
